然，但容易裂，经不起小朋友敲打，价钱差不多，去 homedepot 看了一下，$40-60/
sqft including installation （don't know whether there is any other cost),送
sink, 拆旧台面+拆接管道 $750 (有点贵）, 请问是直接在homedepot作，还是找厨房
装修公司作？材料有何建议？Costco 也有台面contractor,但价钱明显贵些，不知是不
是质量好很多？不知道granite质量会有很大区别吗？Corian都是dupont的，应该质量

resale。

decent granite can be tougher than you thought. besides, i like the natural
look of granite--you can even see the flow of diff minerals inside. it's
really pretty.
corian's main advantage is minimal maintenance--it's man made. not porous
like granite--soy sauce can hardly stain your counter top. granite requires
sealing every 12-18 months depends on usage.
so granite, go for the look and corian, go for the work, or lack of :p

price difference is because of the rareness of the pattern. Th e other
qualities are the same. Is this correct? Thanks.

professionals, and quality is guaranteed in case there's any issue.
radiation, sure! but minimal i suppose... cell phone, microwave, tv, etc.
you're exposed every sec--even as you read my reply :p
i know ppl put granite walls, floors, counter, seat, all in a small bathroom
. that would be excessive and may get radiated badly.

-ought to achieve black belt before trying
good or bad, you can tell. the ones that have a nice flow cost more. rare
color ones also are more expensive
price doesn't cheat. higher the better...
