也碰到一个神经病，他隔壁一样的房子3个月内成交价才25万，他列出了285k,而且死活
要275k才肯卖......同一个社区里还有一个更搞笑，比前面的还要小10%，居然开价299k...无语。

第一， 常来报贷款的几个南加agents，不约而同的消失了
第二， 我老人家前一阵子就提到过， 现在待卖的房子里， 无客户的realtor很多
而且个个极端热情
