后来打算不买了，准备租。
而且打算租的那套是跟realtor看过的，这房子又卖又出租。
这种情况是不是要通过realtor来处理阿？如果我租房，realtor有进帐吗？ |

hundred. suggest that you go with the realtor.

some compensation if I rent the place. The actual amount is dependent on the
rental property. Usu. it's stated on the MLS, such as $500, or half month
of rent.

have paid 6% of the anual rent to the agents. I think the two agents
splited the commission half-half. The renter does not need to pay anything. |
