factors. but you better ask the brokers here. it could be a difference
between 799 and 801...

发帖数: 2712 | 8 我觉得信用卡查credit对信用成绩的影响不会太大的，不用担心。
最好在mortgage拿到之后，再考虑car loan。一个car loan，每月怎么也有几百块钱，
对debt to income的ratio影响比较明显。由于mortgage的审批比car loan严格，所以
最好搞定mortgage之后在添car loan。 |
