seller agent找的title company，不知道会不会出啥问题，请问大虾们需要注意些啥

一同到title company，然后签一堆东西，搞定。 |

agent，哪些条目会骗？我们第一次买房，确实经验不足……

without one is insanity. You lawyer would take care of the paperwork and
work with the title company. In a real estate transaction, your lawyer is
the only person who's on your side. He would get paid whether if you buy the
house or not. He would make sure that you are not getting screwed. |

还有个问题：如果seller agent同时是buyer agent（好像叫 transaction agent），
还是要请律师吗？

attorney to review the contract, protect your interest and provide legal
opinion when needed. |

是不用律师的，这个我肯定。没有buyer agent的情况我不肯定…… |
