来减少生虫子的概率，二来有利排水。 请问这样靠谱不？ 或者我看有人铺上mulch种
花但是不弄草。

主要是要让雨水远离房子。 |

了，岂不是deck底下就成了洼地，反而更容易存水？
另外前面那位说，不能放mulch是什么道理？我房前的墙根（朝南）种了许多花，可不
可以上mulch？还是应该用topsoil培一下土？

也会不停的唐僧 直到你撤掉 那边说起mulch来 基本就是gravel/crushed rock
在麻省刚好反过来 mulch缺省就是bark mulch（其实是dyed wood chip） |

Sure, just make sure the soil/mulch is at least 12" away from the siding.
No need, as long as the water can flow away to a lower place.
If you can't discharge all the water off your property, find a spot with
good drainage and as far as possible from the house. Guide all the run-off
to this spot and maybe add a dry well to improve the drainage. For aesthetic
purpose, build a rain garden there.
