requirement is low due to gov't sponsorship but income still must qualify
for loan. FHA isn't recommended due to high upfront mtg ins ~1.15%.
what's why, w/ down pay, you need 5% up front. and you have to pay min. 5
yr mtg ins.

FHA loan没那么多限制，其实，最主要的是，要付mortgage insurance。 |
