commission.
In NJ, listing commission is also negotiable. However, a lot of brokers
charge 5% commission, 2.5% for the listing broker and 2.5% for the buyer’s
broker.
I can list a house for full service for 1% commission. If you want to work
with any buyer’s agents, you should offer them 2.5% commission for bring in
the buyer to your property.
