office to work on that. Be prepared quite different charge, especially misc.
fees (not big numbers though).

service的价格。
银行最终关于title等的费用是依据律师提供的报价单填进去的。 |

你说的太对了，我以前没经验，也没问过。现在HUD-1刚出来，lender's title
insurance ～1400， misc title search & endorsement ～350. 这个看似正常吗？50
万的房子。还能让律师解释吗？谢谢！

title search应该是律师和律师不一样吧，不过看起来也不多

but adding misc. fees, it adds up to ~900. I also bought buyer's title
insurance for ~1600. Some says it is necessary, some says it is unnecessary.
You may ask friends about it.
