can I be waived of all paperwork (title, appraisal,...),
seeing I clsoed the house only days ago?
Ifso, how fast should I finish refinance to avoid going through paperwork again?
What new documents should I provide?

但是含会碰的费用 (escrow charge, title insurance,lender fee， etc).

发帖数: 2712 | 5 appraisal上会标出是purchase还是ref的，如果appraisal公司肯给LZ免费改的话是可
以用的。呵呵，不过appraisal 公司不收钱的情况比较少见。另外，如果appraisal是2
个月前做的，那么现在的估价可能都会有变化了。
才close了几天，银行那边很多手续都没走完呢，county根本不可能有记录，title
search，credit report都无法show出目前的贷款，也没有mortgage statement。。。
refi是用一个新的mortgage去pay off旧的mortgage，所有的流程都要重新来过，为
purchase签的docs没法用于refi的。 |
