disclosure上卖主把以下两项都勾yes
1：Has there been any settling , slippage, or sliding of the property or its
improvemtns?
2: during your ownership, has the property had any wood destroying organism
or pest infestation?
请问这两项是不是问题很大？如果卖主说他修理过呢？
