near the front of the garage door -water could pond and/or accumulates in
these areas (Add more dirt around the house)- Flat to negative grade

所以我们在remedy request就叫seller在那些foundation 露出来的地方加土,因为我
们人不在当地,所以就叫我们自己的realtor在他们弄好一切事情后,把receipt收好,
帮我们看看,我们realtor后来还跟我们说他看了说土都加了。后来我们closing 前一
天final walkthrough发现只有临街那边加了土,别的地方从街面看不到的地方都没加
,当时我们就说要补上,我们realtor说他觉得不用全部都补,还说让我找inspector问
,说只要补空调下面一个角落,那个地方最明显就可以了。我们在车上打电话争执了下
,我坚持,他说让我去找inspector,后来因为马上就closing了,这个事情就搁一边了
,我们在closing那天,本来想让seller agent写个字据但她人没来。我们realtor说他
会follow up。现在seller agent就说她只补那个小角落因为是final walkthrough那天
我们realtor说了的。
现在我是继续坚持下去呢,还是就算了。就觉得我们这个realtor太不站我们这边了。

since the transaction is already done and it is your property now.
That's the purpose of final walk-through that in case you are really
uncomfortable, you can push back the close date. |
