My agent called and said: The current owner's lender is Bank of America. I
have to pay about $3500 which is current owner owned HOA. My agent said she
tried her best to argue this for me, however, as she said, this is the rule
of Bank of America that they don't clear the HOA. Me as the buyer, needs to
pay this amount.
Feel bad.
Any one knows if do I have to pay this?

it's a REO

发帖数: 20683 | 3 不一定。我们买的时候卖家银行（不是BOA）付了欠的HOA，不过由于title company太
烂，给银行估算HOA的时候没确认最后的balance，结果银行没付够钱。close那天才发
现，由于价钱不错，我们收拾了烂摊子，付了。如果没出错的话，我们这个卖家的银行
就都付了。
