下周再说吧。我们最多耽误了卖家4天，deposit我们已经不要了，居然还有各种麻烦事
。以后要谨慎。

可是上面没有时间。有控方律师电话，送纸的人说是court 送的，但是又说和律师联系就可能不需要出庭。这个是

one? Sigh. My company offers legal plan and I didn't buy. I can join for the
next year and it has to take effect in January. Will I be able to delay to
January so that I can get a cheap lawyer? The court date hasn't been set
yet. |

are many ways (such as inspection contingency) your agent can help you to
back out without costing your earnest money,and definitely not a lawsuit. I
would fire your agent after this.
Now, find a lawyer to deal with it.

there is a period of time called attorney review to make changes of the
contract terms and finalize the contract. You should be able to get out of
the contract without penalty within that period. I think you have the right
to fight for the deposit of $1,500. |

and half month ago. Guess now it is too late. We are ok to lose 1500 but do
not want law suit for sure. Will see lawyer next Tuesday.
