交了四季度的property tax，那就要还给sellter一个半月的property tax。银行说
escrow账户里要有四个半月的(包括下一季度的)property tax。我想问的是在escrow账
户里的下一季度的property tax什么时候能给我们，还是一直放在知直到明年二月交税
