在Good faith estimate的文件上看到几个条款不懂，请教一下大家。
(1) 什么是"Owner's title insurance"? 一定要买的，对吗？上面的估价是$1200。这
么贵啊？
(2) 什么是 "Title services and lender's title insurance", 估价是$1285。这个
是给lender的？也不便宜啊
(3) origination charge是付给lender的费用吧？

liens not shown on your title report yet;
2) is for lender and if you are using a loan you then have to buy one for
your lender;
3) this is the charge that your lender is charging you for your mortgage.

发帖数: 1233 | 5 看在哪个州，Owner's title policy 有些是卖方付的。lender's title policy 应该
是买方的责任（买给贷款银行）origination charge 就是和贷款有关的费用，也有些
称之 underwriting...
