morthage broker I worked with promised us that she could get the loan for
us two weeks ago and she just told me that I could not do a jumbo loan on
condo. Can any mortgage broker on the board help me with this?

And I tried to get better rate to do 25% downpay.

And which bank did you use? Is that ING? ING has a problem with the
combination of Jumbo Loan and Condos with less than 10 units. But other
banks can do it.

you an explaination. And did you do the home appraisal? How much was the
appraisal value? If the appraisal value is too low, then it could be a
problem as well.

and whether that combination was the problem. If so, I will call you chem.

of the jumbo loan and the condo under 10 units is the problem. Do you have a
