最好每個房間有 jack, 至少書房 和生活 / 家庭房影音有. 不需擔心無線信號問題,
或設備不支援 wifi 問題.

子都很高，屋里也显得明亮。可以到model home去看看，感觉一下。 |

speaker wires. 9ft ceiling on the second floor, outside vent for the range.
gas line outside of your patio for BBQ grill, sprinkle system for your lawn
also upgrade your tank water heater to tankless water heater. upgrade your
heat furnace to 98% efficiency will save you a lot in heating bill in long
run.

这个是那种可以自动喷水的吧？我这个社区
在森林里面，而且不允许砍树做草坪。就家门前
有一个小的草坪，所以可能这个不太需要。

that, by law, you probably won't get any compensation if the builder uses
inferior materials than promised?
a good lawyer can help you to make sure the contract is not one-sided and

lawyer probably won't help you negotiate the price. |
