你的情况可能 asset management和listing agent 属同一公司,或是关系(“
affiliated”)机构。偶尔卖方急着脱手,也会愿意支付买方 agent稍多的佣金,不过
这种情况不多见。

我原来的理解一般commission 5-6%, buyer 和 liting agent 对半分,但是buyer
agent 居然拿到的要多一点。说明卖方是急着想出手吗? |

especially before the listing agreement expires. He/she may reduce his/her
commission to help reaching the deal. Listing agent will loose the house if
it is not sold in the agreedtime period. |

seller agent.

agent的少,可能buyer agent都不会告诉你这个房子、或者给你负面的影响。我还见过
listing出来,说要求buyer要自己付buyer's agent commission的。。。。 |
