发帖数: 274 | 3 I am in NY Westchester, my agent does not give rebate, and he told me that
it is illegal to give rebate in NY. I found that agent does not need to do
much work in NY, you need an attorney to write contract. Agent only opens
door for showing, and pushes for an offer, not really worth the commission
they get. that is what my agent does. You might find a better agent.
