发帖数: 3523 | 3 一般来说都是有商量的，除非是跟seller搞得特别僵，才会一不小心被charge。
如果写这样的条款，那么LZ就放60天在loan application上呗，估计就算是送进BOA也
差不多能出来了。 |

题。

发帖数: 3328 | 6 只要沟通好的话，一般都会在不罚款的情况下extend，因为很多时候third party方面
是无法control的，一不小心就超过deadline了
