发帖数: 3523 | 6 看remodeling了些什么了。如果是多加出bedroom，bathroom，或者finish了basement
，都会增加appraisal value。
不过，只是原基础上重新装修过，那不会对value造成很大影响的。
appraisal是按照附近同类型房屋的最近成交价估算的，不是简单的把cost相加减。
不过，这跟cash out refi有什么关系呢？
