house 1: it is very close to ele. school, don' know if noise might be a
problem.
house 2: there is a small access road behind the house
house 3: it is a corner lot, close to a main road.
There are 8 houses listed in the same area. Other 5 are even located worse.

. there are two other homes behind that house. But the front of the house is
perfect, so quiet...We can get a very good deal for that house coz it is on
market more than one year...

1 and 3 are too close the main road and could be very noisy in summer if you
like to open windows. That's a big no-no for us at least. |

north...it is not perfect...

been on market for more than 1 year and we visited it for 3 times. we are
debating if we should wait for new listings.

There is a small informal road behind the backyard to access another old
home. If there is no road there, we will make an offer for sure.

is simply not that bad once you are used to it.

房子没有卖不出去的。只有价钱不合适。
就算60万卖得慢，也是过去一年里愿意出60万的人都买到比这个房子更好的了。
