if you rent, move. if you own the house, sorry this is just life.
each town has noise ordinance, constant barking over 15 minutes can be
regulated under that law. try it.

发帖数: 4815 | 4 555 It's soooo annoying. We own this place. Not sure if this new neighbor
owns or rents the house. The dog is constantly barking and very loud. Will
talk to its owner someday, but don't think there will be a good solution.

should be able to handle it. | j******a
发帖数: 1599 | 6 HOA unfortunately don't get in the middle of stuff like this most of the
time. They will refer you to the town's noise ordinance and ask you to call
the police station.
