，但那时候水位涨得不快，你可以看看墙上的水渍有多高。有sump pump的就怕停电，
所以你如果买了那房也许应该考虑备个小发电机。

地下室进水不可怕，只要及时排走并除湿就没问题。

heater曾经坏过，地下室进水了，地毯都泡起壳了，后来请人清干净了。不过
inspector根本没看出来，可见人seller也没觉得是个问题
