和其隔壁邻居谈了一下,说他觉得挺好,没什么不方便的.

步行到downtown 10min (a small town)
步行到elementary school 15 min (driving 4 min)
步行到high school 15 min (driving 4 min)
House price is lower than other area of the town, affordable to me
Almost every family in that small circle have 1-2 little kids
similar to the age of my kid
不好处: next to Church (?)
院子小 (cross the street playground)
早晚traffic from Christian schools (337 students)- the neighbor said
before 7:45 am is no problem
Weekend - Christian church visitors (barely park on our street per
the neighbor)
