买房子也没多问。
现在买的房子差不多下周末可以close,今天和agent说要这周末做final walk through.
..agent说这个不是必需的。说一般final walk through都是double check for repair
...我们inspection 没查出什么大毛病，小毛病seller给了几百元credit,不负责修。
agent还说一般final walk through就是friendly visit between buyer and seller,
show you where the gabarge can is, how to get the mail....我们之前已经见过
seller了，也知道哪里去丢垃圾，哪里取信，所以就不用final walk through了
想问问大家，是这样的么？为什么我觉得应该是他们把东西都搬走，show me the
empty house before I sign the title/closing documents?
Agent说seller只要在closing date那天中午之前把东西都搬走，就不违反合同。。。
想问问大家不做final walk through会有什么隐患么？ |

agent has to fill out the final walk through form when you guys go to
settlement. This is your right, do it. |

如果你看房子时，seller 还没搬走，你更要做了。 |

发帖数: 195 | 7 是close之前24小时还是在签title/loan paperwork前24小时？ 我的broker和我说签了
paperwork还要至少48小时才能close |
