因为我刚收到一封信,是个property service公司寄来的,说是可以提供copy of
Grant deed, property profile和property history, 要收$85. 有点晕.这个是必需的
,还是骗人的呢?

文件寄给borrower。如果是title公司closing的应该由title公司负责到底吧。
那封信大概是骗人的。。。不知道什么是property service。。。 | k******o 发帖数: 3328 | 3 I will send final closing statement to borrower. Escrow company will send
similar/same info to borrower (and refund check if there is any left over in
escrow account). Your old lender is most likely to send you a refund check
if there might be any overpaid interest/principle.
Your county recording office will send to you the deed of trust (or similar
documents)
About a few weeks/months later, you might receive a letter from Fannie Mae/
Freddic Mac that your loan principle was transferred/sale/assigned to them.
Further you might receive a letter from lender that your loan service was
transferred to the new one.
BTW, each state might be a little different. It is general guideline for CA
only
