家：
1。一般大家都是什麽时候回去看？如果卖家阻挠买家回去检查修理的情况，是不是只
有等到Final Walk through 的时候才能看了？
2。一般要是Final Walk through时发现问题，大家是怎样处理的？是不是就是要等到
都解决好了以后才closing?

不然发现问题会急死人的。。。

但是应该没有办法把Walk thru和closing放在一起的。
就算早上walk thru,下午closing。
你还是会担心，在这之间的时间内再出问题咋办？。。。
。。。 。。。
Closing时间有时是安排在下午。
