发帖数: 5191 | 2 对refinance来说, 费用大致可以确定, 主要包括下面几项:
Appraisal Fee (大约$400) + Credit Report Fee
Lender Fee
Escrow Fee
Title Fee (包括lender policy insurance)
Government Fee
只要是no closing cost, 上面所有的费用都是由lender rebate或是agent commission
来cover. |

,1st installment 2012-12 property tax 2155$.
It sounds that we do not need to pay all these escrow, am I right? thanks a

Escrow Fee是说你不要Escrow， lender要收费，这个算closing cost。
Escrow account 里 property tax 和hazard insurance都是你要付的费用，这个有没
有贷款，都是你付，所以不是closing cost。
放在Escrow account 里的钱还是你的，专款专用，只用来付你的property tax 和
hazard insurance
你的代理不跟你解释吗？ |
