You are responsible for the property tax from now on.
A mortgage satififaction document will be recorded in your local courthouse.
Once the document has been recorded, it becomes part of the official county
/city land records and available for future real estate transaction. |

had to take that letter to the county court house to have it recorded.
Different state might have different rules, the bank will usually tell you.
If you are not sure, call the county clerk's office and ask them. |

Deed of trust会打叉盖章后寄还给你一份作为证据。
