但是你argue这个没用。
但是，人家指出，xxxxx blvd对你家的影响对吗？他说了xxxxx blvd是5 lane的路了吗？

st吗？不过不管是与不是，都可以去complain鸟。。。
不过，基本上，你这次refi是黄掉了，只能找下家。。。

LZ不用过虑，这几年银行是比较拽，不过，死老中是不怕贷不到款的，换一家。
你想bad mouth一下这中不靠谱的agent／underwritter／appraiser也是可以的。反正
这行竞争那么激烈，我们都不知道选哪家做，正好先去掉几个最低分也是好的。 |

for you. We never seen any case is rejected due to close to HYW. The only
thing I can think of is that major HYW depreciate your house value and agent
can not give you the promised rate due to LTV. But it seems like not the
case from your statement.
Also, we never heared of lender suggested broker to register with other
banks in the letter.
I guess either your agent doesn't wanna continue for your case for whatever
the reason, OR your bank sucks and you have to try next time.

去问broker要吧。看看被拒的真正原因是什么。

It will not be the verbal notification.
