house.
Why everybody must follow the unfair realtor buyer rule.
The buyer agent is the most unnecessary part. They should be gotten rid of
from this industry, and turned into hourly paid professional and compete
with their quality to get higher hourly rate instead of cheating buyers to
get their 3% rebate which should not belong to him/her.

发帖数: 5191 | 5 这个问题讨论过很多次了, 如果是新房子, 类似于Dublin那一片, 如果没有agent, 房
子价格也不会降, 如果是有buyer agent, 可以拿3%的agent commission, 到时就看你
们怎么分了.
不过前提是不能自己先在builder那边register, 否则就算以后说有agent可能也拿不到
