家里如果从国内汇钱过来的话，是不是要放满一定时间才能用那笔钱做downpayment啊

offer被接受到最后付down payment， 就一两个月吧，看你什么时候close.

从offer被接受到最后closing downpayment 最久是2个月啊？一般是不是一个月就要付
downpayment了？

一般来说30天close escrow, 所以down payment在30天之内就要进escrow. |

国内汇过来的钱马上就可以用了，不用等，只需要给lender一个gift letter就好了。

statement,downpay在这之前一定要到位.
2.贷款买房一般是downpay 20%或以上,那么剩下的80%就需要从银行贷款,具体能贷多少
,还要看你的收入够不够,PF要求DTI<=50%.
3.如果是以你的父母名义从国内汇钱过来,银行会要求提供汇款的底单(收据)+gift
letter,需要父母签字,说明这个钱不需要repayment.
不一定要放满一定时间才能用,提供汇款的底单(收据)+gift letter,这个钱就可以用了.
有的人想放久一点,等新的bank statment出来,这样就看不到这笔汇款,主要是想避免银
行去sourcing,减少麻烦.
