楚，说是买家的保险，叫我给我的保险公司打电话，把阿毛的电话告诉保险公司，保险
公司会打电话给阿毛，阿毛再把hoa的电话告诉保险公司，然后保险公司跟hoa联络。。
。。什么跟什么？说是hoa有为房子买保险，但是hoa只出一部分钱，剩下的要自己出，
哪个晓得这是神马情况不？买房真累！ |

house construction part, you pay insurance which cover inside of house .for
example , kitchen, bathroom .

发帖数: 1879 | 6 For condo property, you have the following insurances:
1. HO-6 insurance, which is purchased by you, it will cover 20% of dwelling
of your property's appraised value for the minimum coverage, it is required
by lender if you do the loan.
2. master insurance, which is provided by your HOA, which will cover the
external shared common area. It usually cover the fire insurance and other
maintenance and repairing.
3. One year home warrenty insurance. It is usually requested the seller to
purchase for buyer in the purchase contract. But this is just an option and
is not a MUST have insurance.
I do have some clients whose HOA will not cover fire insurance but only
damage repairing for external, in that case, you have to purchase the fire
insurance by your own. Usually HOA fee will be cheaper comparing the one
which is covering fire insurance, flood insurance or earth quake insurance.

HOA只买公共部分的保险，你还需要买自己房子内部的保险。 |
