I did my first loan with wellsfargo, but they miss the loan contingency date
.
I did refinance with provident funding, they asked many many documents, some
ridiculous and repeated! |

发帖数: 1879 | 6 wellsfargo 审批速度很慢， 利率不好， 但是条件宽松。
provident 审批速度很快， 利率很好， 但是比较严格。
如果你的贷款简单明了， 建议和provident做。
对于appraisal， 无论哪个银行， 如果appraisal价格偏低的话， 你都会有相同的要
求去补钱。

发帖数: 3523 | 7 appraisal公司理论上是中立的，不被lender控制。如果买价就是高于市场价，两个
lender找哪个都一样，无法避免appraisal value比purchase value低的结果。只需要
多放downpay就可以了。
并没有感觉PF的appraisal公司恶意压低appraisal value。 |
