今天背着我们去找我们的home mortgage office，商定了一个appraisal的日期，之后
才告诉我们。其实我们是不是要appraisal完全决定于卖方是否愿意帮我们把
inspection里的主要问题解决掉。
另外，昨天做home inspection的时候，凡是检查出来的问题这个realtor都说不严重，
是小问题。好在我们找的inspector比较诚实，在必要的时候就会反驳这个可恶的
realtor，说他不懂。
这个realtor感觉就是在push sales，完全不站在我们的立场上替我们争取利益。比较
过分！他刚才还打电话来，要我们签署一个完全不靠谱的文件。一旦签署了，buyers
will assume all responsibilities and liabilities to research, verify, and
confirm said data element and measurement。换而言之，如果房子的实际情况和
listing的data sheet里不一样，我们就得吃哑巴亏，把苦水往自己肚子里吞。
请问大家，我们怎样可以炒这个该死的realtor的鱿鱼，再找一个新的realtor? |

的日期"? that's part of his job working with your loan officer to insure
that you can get a loan and get it on time. if he contact your title officer
and escrow closer will you say that he sneak again and 背着我们去找我们的
title offer and escrow closer?! if u don't want this guy to do his job, send
him an email and attach a signed letter to release him from that part of
his duty. as for the addendum, it doesn't matter whether you sign it or not
because that is buyer's responsibility by default to make sure that all
listing info are correct. not sure what is the real reason that you want to
fire your agent and if you already signed a contract buying this property
with this guy (based on what you said here, it sounds like the case), you
can not fire him with damage. too bad that you are already too late to get
rid of him by now.

发帖数: 577 | 9 我也觉得您有点over reaction了，realtor的工作之一就是和您的loan officer一起合
作，schedule appraisal。您现在在什么状态，签了合同了？是不是inspection的问题
不解决您就要back out of the deal，这点有没有和你的realtor说，如果说了他还在
push forward就是他不对，如果没说，那他怎么知道您不想要这个房子了。
我觉得agency relationship就像婚姻，双方最基本的就是信任，如果你不相信自己的
老公/老婆，他/她背着您打电话，您就觉得他是不是有外遇了，其实人家就是怕吵到你
而已。
至于您签的那个东西，不签核实那些信息也是buyer的责任。这是实话。不过您的agent
有责任告诉您去哪里找到核实相关信息。 |
