在contract 最后有个Attorney Disapproval写着：This offer is subject to
disapproval by Buyer's attorney and Seller's attorney. Failure of a party to
select an attorney within three business days from the contract date or to
have an attorney respond, in writing, within 3 business days of the attorney
's receipt of a copy of this contract shall be deemed to be a waiver by the
party of this "attorney disapproval" contingency. A written response will be
deemed effective if posted or faxed within the 3 days time period.
