再强调一遍，找buyer agent就是傻瓜的表现，buyer agent是为seller服务的。

发帖数: 5917 | 8 信agent的话，死都不知道怎么死的。钱是这么走的，作为房价的一部分你付钱给
seller，seller拿出一部分给你的agent。但是你说了房主不想，那么就是seller说了
他不愿意付钱给你的agent，所以你非要买这个房子，你必须再直接给你的黑心agent一
笔钱。

发帖数: 3045 | 11 这个问题很local，最好在当地打听清楚一些通常的做法。我所在的地区一般都用agent
，我自己没用都是直接联系listing agent，感觉结果也没便宜多少，她们倒也热情，
把过程给讲清楚，跟dual agent也没啥两样，但没签任何合同。

通过他预约看房，如果可以直接联系listing agent看房子的话那就好了。 |
