给个建议，是否现在立刻上船。4%不是很好，但担心以后只能更高。 |

还有时间观望一下。
LZ是打算refi成fixed 30年的？ |

发帖数: 1879 | 4 Nobody really can predict how rate will go. You can do the calculations.
1. what is your current 5 yrs ARM rate?
2. every .125% lower on the rate will save you 0.125% * current loan amount
/ 12, per month.
do the calculate to see if it is worth to do the refinance. If your current
rate is very high and you can get the no cost refinance anyway, it doesn't
hurt to do the refinance even the rate is not at the lowest point.
If only minor changes, since you are only at the 2nd year of 5 yrs ARM, you
can just wait for a little bit.
