house. Now there is an opportunity for me to get this house. So I called
him.
He drafted an offer letter for me, and there is "Massachusetts Mandatory
licensee-Consumer Relationship Disclosure". On that disclosure, he stated he
is my buyer agent. If I sign it, does it mean that he is now exclusively my
buyer agent, if this offer fails?
