libor, say libor at that time is 5%, your rate will target at 7%, however,
it has to raise to 7% in stages, max 2% increase per year, so in this case
on the 6th year you pay 4%, on 7th 6%, and on 8th and afterwards 7% (if
libor stays at 5%)
On the other hand, if on the 6th year libor becomes 0.5%, then your rate

人家问得是,如果有additional payment,5年后ARM adjust的时候越共是按最早的本金+
30年付款期限计算还是按adjust时的余额+25年付款期限算.
一般来说都是按adjust时的余额+25年付款期限算越共,这样才能保证你在30年后能付清
.如果按最早的本金+30年付款期限算,如果没有additional payment,rate变了的话,30
年后可能无法还清.
