I feel it is better to be a day before closing. If there is any problem
during final walk through, we can negotiate with the seller and negotiate

发帖数: 2972 | 5 湾区一般提前3－5天，如果Seller没有按合同修理，或者房子在进入合同后有损坏（房
子不是签合同时相同的Condition）。你可以通知对方和Escrow联系，让对方在Closing
前解决，否则由Escrow Withhold一部分钱，一直到解决问题为止。

发帖数: 555 | 7 The only thing they fixed is the basement electrical panel. They showed me
the receipt and I believe them. They also contributed some money for the
things they did not fix.
The only thing I need to check is if the condition of the house is the same
as when we did the inspection. Their kids are all grown up and moved out of
the house. I think it is safe to walk through on the closing date. |
