绝大多数的灯会留下. 但吊灯既可以算REAL PROPERTY,也可以算PERSONAL PROPERTY.如
果看到了比较贵重的吊灯,让你的AGENT与LISTING AGENT 确认.
一般留下.我CLOSE的房子中(加州湾区), 从来没看到SELLER把卫生间的镜子拿走.

挂的画一般不会留下，你喜欢可以事先和seller讲好，有的会要你付钱。 |

，如果CONTRACT没有排除在房子外，那SELLER就不应该拿走。如果不在LIST里，如果比
较贵重或者你希望留下的， 你可以要求在CONTRACT里列出了，这个这个包括在房子里
。。
千万没默认，SELLER会给你留。

在这里，规定了那些在里面，那些不在里面。。
有个LIST，应该包括。如果不在LIST里，你如果要求留下，你可以要求写在上面。如果
你不写，人家拿走， 你也没办法。。
