刚刚将贷款全付完啦，Mortgage 公司给寄了一封信说：
The above reference loan has been paid in full. Enclosed you will find the
following
Satisfaction/Release of Lien.
然后第二页，主要就是County Clerk的一段话：
I hereby certify that this instrument was FILED in File number sequence on
the date and at the time stamped hereon by me; and was duly RECORDED in the
official Public Records of Real Property of XXX County, XX state.
不会这一页普普通通的纸就是房产证吧？ |

压deed没用 |

发帖数: 19373 | 5 所以美国所谓的房子跟地都是自己的才是假话，中国至少还给个房产证，拿着可以自由
买卖。美国地税收上几十年就够你房子的价值了，若要给孩子继承，还要再收一遍税。
美国政府最怕啥，最怕没主的房子，因为不知道改找谁要税。

发帖数: 1184 | 7 房子在close的时候如果有贷款，银行会在房子上record一个Deed of Trust。在贷款付
清的时候，银行会再record一张“Reconveyance Deed”，指明这个Deed把之前的那个
Deed of Trust移除，自此之后房子上不再有loan也和银行无关了。
