The Parties agree to set aside FIVE THOUSAND ($
5000) in escrow for any and all pool
repairs (not improvements). Escrow to be held at the closing title
company.
Buyers shall conduct pool inspection by a licensed contractor at a
reasonable time beginning April 20, 2018, but no later than May 20, 2018.
Buyers shall provide Sellers with a copy of said inspection report within
three business days from receipt of said report. Unless sellers
provide a written objection to items listed as pool repairs within 3 days
from their receipt of said report, the required monies to address pool
repairs shall be disbursed from escrow to Buyers.
