发帖数: 335 | 1 Furnace 是 Trane xl80, 估计有20-30年了。 前几年用的没有问题, 一周前发现家里
温度下降了，跑去一看是歇火了。那个点火器试图点火（变红变亮）， 但是打不着火
。后来关了几个小时重新启动又打火成功，运行了几天昨天早上起床发现又歇火了，断
电出去扫了一会树叶， 回去打火成功。 晚上又歇火， 我把flame sensor取出来擦了
一下装好， 还是不行。今早起来又好了。
大家看看是那出了问题。有人说可能是出气/进气管堵了，我没找到进气管（老房子估
计就是室内空气做燃烧空气）， 排气管好像是接到烟囱那里，然后屋顶排气， 这个怎
么能知道堵没堵？还有什么其他的可能？

发帖数: 7 | 2 The high limit switch may be opened by high temperature passing through the
heat exchanger, a lot of reasons could cause this issue, a bad limit switch,
or a cracked heat exchanger, or something else. This type high limit switch
is hard to find at local, you have to find a professional to get this parts
, also be sure what causes this issue. Your furnace should be the ago to
retire, and you should let the professional check the heat exchanger very
carefully before changing any parts. The furnace is not worth to repair if
the heat exchanger has cracks. | i***e

我找了人过来tune up, 说是那个hot surface ignitor 老化了, 虽然发亮发红, 但是
不够亮(师傅说因该亮到红发白), 今天把里面的面板卸了下来, 看了一下是什么型号的
ignitor ebay 买了一个. 这种老furnace 连型号晚上都查不到了, 配件都很难买啊.
另外问一下清理inducer fan 还有blower wheel DIY 难吗? 看了一下好像就是把一些
螺丝卸掉就可以操作.

发帖数: 7 | 5 I disagree with the tech, his judgment on the igniter may be untenable, but
if the problem comes back, ask the tech for a few things as below.
Did the tech check the air flow?
Did the tech check the inlet pressure of the gas valve?
Did the tech clean the orifice of the gas valve?
Did the tech check and test the high limit switch?
Did the tech check the stack temperature?
Always remember to use a qualified professional, not a cheap one. | S***P

发帖数: 7 | 8 The aged furnace might have several comb issues. First off, the gas line
installation was poor, without using a Union, it could be very difficult for
dismounting the pipes and valve, it could clog the fuel line without a
Sediment trap during a long time run. I am not sure you can dismount it and
clean the orifice yourself. Checking and adjusting gas pressure might be a
good idea, but a true device is pretty pricey.
Secondly, clean and tighten the green wires connections between the board
and the chassis as well as the wire connecting to the flame sensor.
The third, open the cover of the Bi-metal limit switch on the chassis, there
is a three-dials inside, the highest dial should be set at 180F, check it.
and or you can change the dial to 200F, but be sure the highest temperature
limit should be in the range per furnace requirement. | i***e
发帖数: 9429 | 9 这台furnace 比我想象的老的多。XL80 市场上看到的都是2 stage 的。而你这台目测
是single stage, 型号应该是TUD060xxxxxx, 我需要后面的确切数字，看看厂家的说明
书上是否有注明error codes. 这个点火模块上是没有注明codes 的， 但是目前的厂家
替代板块是有LED codes 注明的。我不会给你做选择提， 我觉得可以查得到的话，应
该先从厂家的说明书或 service manual 上 看看是否有codes 的 注解。
