on 26 May at $1.963/mmBtu. The natural gas prices touched an intraday high
of $2.48/mmBtu on 6 June before closing flat for the day.
Since October 2015, prices have not been able to cross the strong resistance
area of $2.5/mmBtu, as seen in the chart below. Do the fundamentals support

发帖数: 365 | 12 最近刚刚搬到了一个新小区。Comcast, Georgia Power都转过来了。唯一没有弄的是
Gas，房东让我把Gas也转过来，但是因为我以前的小区不用Gas，都是用电的，所以我
没有Gas的帐号。
奇怪的是，我搬进去以后貌似房子里面是有Gas的，比如空调和热水都有供应。
我的问题是
1. 为什么我还没有Gas的帐号，房子里面会有供应呢？我想不会是房东供应的，因为
Gas这个东西是跟着人走的，即之前的Gas的帐号应该是前面一个人的，而不是房东的。
我又猜测会不会是前面一个人因为contract太长，所以没有关闭他的帐号？或者他预付
款了太多？
2. 最近因为可能要去外地2个月，我在考虑等我回来以后再开通我的Gas帐号是否可行
？因为人不住着但是每个月还要给AGL付月租，心疼了。
3. 如果要装的话，那个公司比较好？我在版面上做了点research，貌似GNG和Gas
South的价格比较不错。大家用下来如何？如果要他们开帐号的话，他们需要上门么？
还是在后台操作一下，我家里这个Gas就转到我的名下了？

检测是否有解，通过计算部分和找到 index。
本题本质是找到一个序列使所有前缀和非负。所以是这样想的，假设 index 0 （用

取暖可以用中央空调，另外有Gas取暖器。刚搬进去个把月，还不需要取暖，所以Gas
一直没有开通。那么我取暖是用Gas还是空调好？当然是哪个选择省钱？
如果我的理解正确的话，楼主的可能是dual fuel type。 如果真是dual fuel 系统，
曾经是有过一个贴的。当时有个id 用了亲身体验的轨迹计算，得出的结果是当室外温
度降到40度左右（具体值记不清了）, 是需要用到gas furnace 的，当时我提出的是机
子的效率越高，不需要在40F 切换。在几个来回中，我记得chuyue 把HSPF 这词带入
了论坛，以比较客观的见解来讨论机子在低温下的运行依据，我记得当时是围绕着某一
品牌的某一个型号。楼主的地理位置是肯定需要用到gas furnace 的，但是用到的频率
并不一定很长，再根据你目前的一些情况，如室内空间面积，gas 除了取暖，没再用其
它的，整年计算每月gas 帐单必须付的基本费用，虽然在冬季的某一个月在单暖气使用
上电的费用会告过gas，但是一整年的花费上如果做个比较的话，单用电取暖的话也不

新妈竟然没意识到这个问题，在版上问了才知道是gas。我试了一些方法，现在宝宝的
gas已经好多了，回馈宝宝版，跟jmm分享一下。
首先，拍咯是很重要的。我开始没意识到这个问题，以为拍不好咯大不了就是吐奶，想
不到宝宝会这么难受，睡觉都睡不踏实，还老是哭闹。
另外，有姐妹推荐到youtube上找massage的方法，我搜了一下，有不少方法，其中我认
为最有效的就是，抓住宝宝的小腿往肚子上挤，把屁挤出来，有时候我能连续挤出来好

这样可以防止进气缸时的Pre-detonation (knock)。以前很多肌肉车和Turbocharger/
supercharger 车， 由于compression ratio 高，为防止knock 造成对引擎的伤害，要
用Premium gas 以延缓燃烧，使之燃烧更充分. 实际上Regular gas 更易燃烧，所以很
多人，特别是在北方，冬天加87，夏天加91 或 93。
一直以为由于Prohibitor 的存在，Premium gas 应该比Regular gas 的MPG 要高，至
少应该持平，可是下面这些数据实在让我搞不明白：

Condo，建在河岸上，我是一楼，房子前面朝向河水，后面半截在地下半截在地面上，
所以夏天基本不用冷气都可以。面积大概1000 sq ft，我一个人住基本上早出晚归，白
天家里没人，周末会在家。在康州这个鬼地方，冬天很长很冷，大概能有半年是冬天啊

都是
Gas heating。
google了一下，有的说electric heating比oil heating都贵，hearing cost
几乎是gas的三倍。但也有的说Gas 有deliver等bogus charge,即使不用gas的时候也收
钱，而且很多地方由于被一个gas company垄断,用gas取暖其实也没有那么便宜。
问一下有没有对electric heating比较熟悉的，到冬天的bill大概会比用gas贵多
少？
这种情况下不知道买了将来卖房的时候，别人也会有同样的concern? 毕竟别家用的都是
gas heating。 谢谢。

连在炉子上的tankless 的 system. 买房的时候就想着改成烧gas的(NStar 的 gas
line 已经在门口街上了，只要接进房子里），但是买的时间太晚了，只能撑过今年冬
天了。前两天叫现在用的oil company的plumber来家里看看给个改成gas的估价。最后
好像他并不是特别推荐换，他给了如下一些观点，不知道大家怎么看：
1。 由于现在用的是steam的system, 炉子的效率最高也就到90％或者是high 80%，换
句话说，没必要要那些高效的炉子。 现在的WM的炉子虽然24年了，但是牌子很好，炉
子本身也还不错，如果每年保养的好，可以保持在82，83％。oil tank 也是很新的。
他觉得炉子还能用一段时间。如果要改成hot water 或是forced air成本就大了，改管
子什么的就要两万。
2。 现在的tankless的热水用起来并不是特别给力。不知道为什么，B-town的水压很高

gas的大概得贵三四百。另外现在的洗衣机和烘干机在车库一进门的地方，想以后把它
们往里边挪个1到2米，这样gas的管子还得再接一段。现在有点犹豫是买用gas的还是干
脆找人把这段gas管子关掉堵上，买个用电的算了。gas管子在露出地面的部分有个开关
阀。请问那种更容易些？得找什么样的contractor干这个活？ |

没有人相信gas leaking,都说我是孕妇太敏感。宝宝20几周的时候还没有胎动，最近B
超又发现发育迟缓，due day快到了还不如别人五六个月的肚子，我的鼻子一直严重充
血虽然我不过敏又无鼻炎。
自打去年秋天搬到新公寓，我和老公一打开门就都闻到了刺鼻的gas味，我马上报告了
leasing office,可是他们检查后说不漏气。因为在卧室gas heater附近味特重，我只
好让他们把gas heater 彻底关了。可是家里还是有gas味，我只好24小时都开着客厅窗
户，可是睡觉时卧室和卫生间的窗户是关上的。大家还都劝我不要太敏感。
现在宝宝出了问题，我再也不相信leasing office的话，今天在网上找到的所在城市
utility的电话，和他们说明了情况，他们半个多小时后就带着检测仪器来了。一开始
他们还不太相信，问我“did you smell gas or gasoline like car gasoline?” 我
告诉他们“definitely gas smell, 因为我一直开着门窗 |

发帖数: 13249 | 41 今天是个我家的重大日子，National Grid 终于来把GAS LINE接进家，谨以此文纪录我家的GASLINE历程。
去年四月中旬响应OBAMA的节能号召，在收到NATIONAL GRID的OILtoGAS的宣传单后，立即交了申请表，当时有PROMOTION，只需交$500就可以把GAS LINE接到家。
２０１０年５月２０日，收到NATIONAL GRID的电话，说是不能接GASLINE。理由是GAS是在大路上，我家藏在路里面，距离太远，想做可以，另加＄７０００，得我自己出，＄５００是万万不可能的。
给NATIONAL GRID打电话问情况。在电话里时而引用OBAMA的节能精神，时而表示对国际能源的担忧，时而晓之以理，时而动之以情，时而抑扬顿挫，时而温文尔雅，时而沉默不语，时而在沉默中爆发。。。。。。。。三寸不烂之舌说了一个多小时后，快说烂了，挂断电话，老公儒雅地安慰我说算了，本来房子小用油不多，不能装就不能装呗。
时间过了一个又一个月，把这事基本忘了。
想起来我的＄５００已经被收了，可是没还给我。就发邮件问，打电话问，没人理。今年到了，５００元还是没还给我。终于于一月份打通了... 阅读全帖 |

gas,GNG接到用户开通的请求后，会下个work order给Atlanta Gas Light。我曾经也阴
差阳错的把gas的开通日子比入住的日子晚了一个星期，搬进去后发现也是一直有gas的
。当时住进去几天后收到一封信说，为了用户的方便他们并没有disconnect，请你赶紧
联系一个运营商开通服务。电话过去解释说我其实已经申请了，就是日子搞错了，

gas表，另外一个account没有。我从去年开始开始申请加一个gas表。building
department的检查，paper都已经过了。ConEd也已经在6月中旬过来加了一个gas表。可
是到现在为止另外一个account上还是没有gas表的信息，无法提交gas表的reading。
大家有加gas表的经验吗？需要多久才能reflect到account上？谢谢！ |

终于在降温之前把furnace修好了。(症状参考附帖)
结果多少有点出乎意料，Control Board也就是Blower所在那个铁盒里的电路板后面发现一条
死去多时都差不错被风干的小lizard，手指长，整个就黏在电路板背面。看来是其死后分泌的体液
造成电路板线路问题。于是为了防止意外碰到furnace的电源保护按钮，把总电源也关闭，然后用
纸巾沾一点水把电路板背面清洁一遍，用电吹风吹干，上电，重新点火，终于看到了久违的flame
LED light。
在此，特别感谢一下icewatering和她推荐的海尔冷暖气公司的方师傅(281-777-1266
houston/katy/sugarland地区的朋友们有福啊)。

1. 电子igniter点火正常；
2. gas valve出gas正常；
3. 这时四个gas管道里都有正常火焰喷出；
4. 下面的问题就是3这种状态持续仅仅数秒，当igniter熄火后，gas valve也同时cut
gas。
然后再一次循环从1-4，但是这次后，blower开始启动工作，但是由于空气并没有被加
热，所以吹出
的都是凉气。
1st thought是flame sensor的问题，用steel wool磨了，没用。买了个新的，昨晚装
上去
了，一切都开始正常工作了，以为问题得到解决，于是关机睡觉。可是今早再次打开
furnace，发现
以前的问题依旧。彻底绝望。
希望有经验的xdjm给点建议。谢谢！ |

我们原来一直用电的。新住的地方只有gas dryer接口，于是买了新的gas dryer。可是
发现如果laundry room的门关一段时间（一两个小时）之后，laundry room 里就能闻
到一股怪味道－－不知道是什么味道，像是煤气、煤油、汽油。。。如果laundry room
的门一直开着保持通风，就基本没有味道了。
开始我们很害怕是煤气泄露，于是打电话给dryer 的客服，让安装的人员又来看了以下
。（因为我们害怕真是煤气泄露，所以laundry room的门一直开着通风，他们来的时候
没有闻到怪味）安装人员用了一包湿的东西测试了一下，看上去像是soap bubble测设
。发现没有gas泄露。于是把管道接口紧了紧就走了。可是现在怪味道没什么改观－－
依旧是如果laundry room的门关一会儿就会有味道。。。
我们之前从来没用过gas dryer，不知道这种味道是不是正常？或者是不是新的gas
dryer 有此问题，用久了就好了？请大家share经验。谢谢！！ |
