不过Internet 这东西，从来只有DSL和cable选择，而不是选公司。DSL真是慢的可以。

experiencing the weak signal or bad connection because of bad cable outside.
And it was not figured out until the third technician came. I would not say
they are bad just want to say we had bad luck. |

service (cell phone, for example) is not as stable as before. but I would
still like to try it. my current service with DirectTV will be ending soon
and luckily Verizon already put the lines in the front of our house. I would
change it and look forward to new service.

bandwidth maybe needed.
don't know if you can force netflix to stream at 3.7Mbps rate, and let
it buffer for a few minutes before watching. if you can, then 3Mbps
connection is still ok.
and about quality, I have had bad experience with various cable
companies, COX, Charter, TimeWarner. frequent downtime, unreliable speed

cable 一般是一个neighborhood shared. 那个速度是up to。至于能不能达到看运气
fios光纤的，质量最高

think you can force a certain bandwidth. Most of the streaming players out
there dictate "the best" viewing experiences for you.
