中文网站影响不大吧；英文网站也得看谁在看。希望通过新闻，可能找记者之类的帮助

怎样组织游行呢？怎样申请许可证？
大使馆有去和加州政府谈，但是到目前为只，没有结果。我经常去LA
COUNTYBOARDSUPERVISOROFFICE， SUPER VISOR MICHAL ATONVICH， 叫我们找一个家庭
法的律师解决问题，律师受了我的钱，跟本不办事。
然后，JudgeHiroshige 就且听我电话，ju续跟踪我，找到 Wendy 来我们的组里撒谎，
继续造谣说我有精神病， 然后Hubert不让我在组里发言，我想Hubert是受拉好处拉。

议我去DOJ，联邦。 他在电话里听到之后，就找人来威胁我，说如果我把其他人都牵进
来（包括听审法官，律师，作价的社工，我死都不知道怎么死的。

highlights from the article below for the lazy:
Appellant(winnie tin) believed that Young and Merino were having a romantic
relationship, though she admitted that she never observed them holding hands
, kissing or otherwise interacting in a romantic manner. Appellant
admitted that she and Young had multiple disagreements, generally over
relatively minor office matters. Appellant tried to involve her
coworkers in her disputes with Young by getting them to take her side, which
resulted in complaints to management about appellant's behavior.
Young later reported to the bank's regional office that appellant had
physically threatened her. On August 25, 2004, Watson met with
appellant, who denied physically threatening Young, became upset and yelled
at Watson.
On November 3, 2004, another sales assistant sent Watson an e-mail reporting
that appellant had called her twice “trying to get personal information
regarding our pay and job responsibilities, she even offered to give me [
Young's] SS # to check how much she is paid and went on complaining
about her.” That same week another employee told Watson that she
had seen appellant accessing the bank's customer service computer system to
obtain Young's account information. On November 4, 2004, Watson
asked appellant if she had accessed Young's account information.
According to Watson, appellant admitted that she had, and then complained
that Young's pay was higher than that of other sales assistants.
Watson then discussed appellant's misconduct with Duncan and the bank's
personnel department. Everyone agreed that appellant should be
terminated for violating the bank's policy prohibiting employees from

The Annual Meeting is an opportunity to review JABA activities and events
for the year, introduce officers, directors, and committee members, and sign
up for committees. A reception honoring a deserving member or member of the
community follows.
This year JABA President Alison Matsumoto presided over the meeting,
assisted by President-Elect Audra Mori. Vice President and Membership Chair
Steve Yoda announced that JABA membership had reached 240 members and that
Doug Sugimoto had become a Lifetime Member. Steve acknowledged all the JABA
Lifetime Members and Sustaining Members. A fabulous buffet dinner followed,
including dim sum, peking duck, walnut shrimp, kung pao chicken, other
dishes, and a mango pudding dessert. The reception for JABA 2011 Public
Service Award recipients, Hon. Kathryn Doi Todd and the Hon. Ernest
Hiroshige followed.
Vice President Steve Yoda introduced Judge Ernest Hiroshige. Judge Hiroshige
was appointed to the Los Angeles Municipal Court in 1980 and to the Los
Angeles Superior Court in 1982. One of the two most senior judges of the Los
Angeles Superior Court, Judge Hiroshige was a founding member of JABA and
the organization’s second President. Judge Hiroshige received the
prestigious UCLA Alumni Service Award in 1994, and has a long history of
community service.
The Hon. Victoria Chavez, Associate Justice of the California Court of
Appeals, who serves with Justice Doi Todd, read statements of congratulation
from the Hon. Roger Boren, Presiding Justice of Division Two of the
California Court of Appeals, and Justice Judith Ashman-Gerst, Associate
Justice. Past JABA President, Patricia Kinaga, introduced Justice Doi Todd,
and presented her Award. Justice Doi Todd rewarded her audience with a
fascinating account of JABA’s early history and her own journey to the
bench. Appointed to the bench in 1978, Justice Doi Todd was the first
Japanese American woman judge in the country. She was appointed to the CA
Court of Appeals in 2000.
Corporate Affairs Committee Chair Diana Nishiura noted that these Awards
were well-deserved and long overdue. Thanks to Diana and all the JABA

我觉得你更像是骗子。
美国有言论自由，克林顿的风流事大家都随便讨论，人人都可以骂小布什是傻瓜。
这个什么Judge的事情要是真的有什么根据，媒体、记者还不得比你还热情，积极。
Judge在这些事情上的自由和隐私保护还不如普通人。你折腾那么久，最后只能来
mitbbs，这只能说明mitbbs是最后一个你还没有撒泼打滚的地方而已。 |

And court of appeal, second district, division 2. We did. And Judge
Hiroshige had testify in the court that he is the father for Joshua. The
transcript I had turn into the LA count supervisor board meeting. But no
action has taken. The last board meeting I went, I request the supervisor to
move judge Margurate Downing from the banch by allowing social worker to
file false report, and also bag the supervisor to get attorny general
involved.
Do you how many lawyer I had paid and did nothing for me. The only way to
resolve this problem is have Attorny General involved to resovle this
problem.
I can upload the transcript into the web, please teach me how???

In Augest 2011, Court of appeal, district 2, division 2 justice deny my
laywer's appeal to reinstead my parental right, I had hire another lawyer
Jack Conway to represent me to CA supreme court. But Jack Conway did not do
anything on the appeal. But start to talk on behalf Judge Hiroshige for the
financial settlement. I told him many times, I would hire him to get my son
back. However, he chose to quict. In between, I had give all of the
transcript to LA TIME NEWS REPORTER, MR. VIVE,who disclosed city Bell
scandle and leading to the prosecution. But he reply he is busy for
something. LA county supervisor in another later on meeting suggest to get a
family lawyer to resovle the problem, Judge Hiroshige approach to Jack
Conway for finanical settlement appearantly, and Jack Conway turn around and
work on behalf Judge Hiroshige. He never did the appeal for me. In one of
the meeting, I had my pastor Faith Hwuang( Hope international) acommpany me,
he totally argue about nothing. When I told him that I would go to Bar to
complaint about him, he resign to be my lawyer and just simply type a letter
that it did not matter what he write, the court had not listen to him.
Please suggest some website, I can upload those legal documents, American
can read and see what kind Justice Dept they had. And mean while, I need a
good lawyer to help me and give me some suggustions as well.
